Call for SMEs for ACA Supervision Course

ACA is recruiting volunteer subject matter experts in supervision to serve as part of an advisory group that will contribute to a comprehensive course on Clinical Supervision. The course development is estimated to be 12 months. The volunteer roles are as follows:

  1. Curriculum Developers – This group will advise on the course framework. They will be expected to meet biweekly for the first two months and monthly for the remainder of the development period.
  2. Content Developers – This group will present different topics as determined in the course outline. Each presentation will be between 1- 3 hours of content.
  3. Content Reviewers – This group will review the course draft and provide feedback. They will be expected to meet monthly in the second half of the project period.

The ACA Graduate Student Awards of Excellence recognize the counselors of tomorrow as they prepare for careers in the field of professional counseling. The awards offer scholarship opportunities for groups and individuals.
